We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products (T-shirts, hoodies, accessories, etc.) that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

  • Order Acceptance and Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

  • Limitation of Liability (The "Moody Cow" Clause): While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible for minor imperfections, slight variations in color or sizing, or any unexpected mood swings your apparel or accessories may develop. Our liability for any product sold is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

3. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

  • Shipping: Risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

  • Returns: Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please refer to our separate Returns & Exchanges policy for detailed information regarding timeframes and process.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability.

4. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • Ownership: All content on this site, including the "Moody Cow" design, the "Eva" dog line-art, logos, text, graphics, photographs, and software, is the property of Mos Moody or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Western Cape or a court of competent jurisdiction in Western Cape.
