Exchange an item

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your Mos Moody gear! If your new tee, golfer, or accessory isn't quite right, here is our policy on returns and exchanges.
1. Conditions for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
A. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described (e.g., wrong size sent), we will gladly offer a refund, exchange, or store credit—your choice.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund.

Between 14–30 days of delivery, only an exchange or store credit will be available.

Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the item is determined to be defective or incorrect due to our error.

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Mos Moody.

Proof of purchase is required.
B. Unwanted or Unsuitable Items ("Change of Mind")
If you simply change your mind or the item doesn't fit, we offer a window for returns:

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

The product must be in original condition—meaning it is unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Refunds are available only within the first 14 days after delivery. After that, only store credit or exchange will be offered.

Return courier fees for unwanted items are your responsibility, and the original shipping fee paid is non-refundable.

Proof of purchase is required.
C. Sale / Discounted Items

Sale, clearance, or promotional items can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective or not as described.

These must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

No “change-of-mind” refunds, exchanges, or store credits are available on discounted items.
2. How to Return an Item

Email Us: Contact us at info@mosmoody.co.za within the applicable return/refund window (see Section 1).

Provide Details: In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return (e.g., "Defective," "Wrong Size," "Unwanted"), and attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Follow Instructions: Once authorized by our team, follow the specific return instructions we provide, including the correct return address.

Processing: When your item is received and inspected by our team, we will process the agreed refund, store credit, or exchange. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Unless the item is defective:

Personalized or custom-made items.

Washed, used, worn, or altered items.

Items missing original packaging, labels, or proof of purchase.

International orders (orders shipped outside of South Africa).
4. Additional Terms

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Unauthorized alterations or excessive wear on an item will invalidate its return eligibility.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show clear misuse or are not returned in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges will be processed during major sale events (e.g., Black Friday) until the sale concludes.

Mos Moody covers return shipping only for defective/incorrect products. All other return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
